Your after hours call for service will be returned within 15 minutes or your Service Call Charge ($75 to $450) will be at NO CHARGE within the 3 hour radius of our service centers.
Additionally, all Power Technicians are required to carry cell phones at all times.
Our Disaster Preparedness Plan is in place and is reviewed and updated annually.
The Electrical Generator Systems Association (EGSA) certification is the highest certification recognized by the emergency power industry. This certification is not manufacturer specific.
All DynaTech Power Technicians have background checks performed by the Pennsylvania State Police. All technicians have received ChildLine clearances and have been cleared to work in public schools by the School Services Unit of the PA Department of Education.
Remote Monitoring is available to our customers at a very reasonable monthly or annual rate.
Rental Units and accessories are ready for immediate dispatch. We strongly recommend a quick connect system be installed which will significantly reduce labor cost and connection time.
The DynaTech Power Fleet is well stocked with critical components to repair generators from all manufacturers. The only exception would be major components such as a damaged generator winding or engine.
