My generator is up and running! Your Tech was here early yesterday morning, exactly when he said. He spent quite a bit of time checking things out, making sure that everything was setup correctly. We even did a load test with our air conditioning air! Worked great! He also took the time to explain the system to me, the controls in the basement and the control panel on the generator. My Generac generator had control problems almost from the beginning. Even though Generac after several efforts to remedy the problem, for all intents and purposes said if the repairs they suggested did not fix it they did not know what to do, DynaTech stuck with it until I t had been made operational again. Although it cost me some dollars outside of Generac’s warranty, it was worth it to salvage an expensive system. Thanks DynaTech!
